Educated as a designer at the Dutch Design Academy, Roald Plantinga started, after many years of working for one of the largest exhibition companies in the Netherlands, his own company Waypoint exhibitions. Starting in 2000 with a full service exhibition service company – management, design, production, ware housing and logistics – he decided in 2004 to concentrate on design, communication and project management.
